Click the Appointment Link
Click the orange "Schedule an Appointment" button above (or from any page on our website). This will take you directly to our secure online scheduling portal.
Select New Patient or Returning Patient
Choose whether you are a New Patient (first visit to our clinic) or a Returning Patient (previously seen at Pediatric Heroes). Select the option that applies to your child.
Pick a Date & Time
Browse the available calendar and select the day and time that works best for your schedule. Available appointment slots will be highlighted for easy selection.
Fill Out Demographic Information
Enter the patient's information in the form. If you are scheduling for a child under 18, please read the important instructions below carefully.
"Are you the patient?" — Select NO.
Parents and guardians: please do not enter your own information here. Only enter your child's name, date of birth, and demographic details in this section.
Read and check the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use box, which states: "I have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use that I am at least 13 and have the authority to make this appointment." As the parent or legal guardian, you are confirming you have authority to schedule on behalf of your child.
