Late Policy

I’m Late! Now what?

Of course this can happen, but it’s important to stay on schedule. After 18 minutes of being late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for another available time. We will be happy to see you then to accommodate your child’s needs.

Prescription Renewals

Prescription renewals, no problem. You can contact your pharmacy or schedule an appointment. If renewals have not been renewed within 6 months since the initial start of medication, scheduling an appointment may be required.

Asthma, ADHD, mental health medications need close monitoring. We will ask you to come in more frequently to refill prescriptions.
